The Mortgage Shop have been absolutely phenomenal in helping me to remortgage. I came to them in quite the predicament and did not have a clue what I needed to do and was rather panicked. Even from just phoning up and explaining my situation, I was put at ease and did not feel judged or silly. All at the shop were kind and helpful, offering me a drink on arrival and checking throughout the meeting if I understood or wanted things explained further. Rob was able to explain things to me in a simplified and calm manner with a smile on his face; this helped me so much as I was then confident I knew what I was doing and could make the best choices for myself financially. I have been able to ask for advice every step of the way and have heavily relied on the experience and expertise that the employees at The Mortgage Shop possess. Rob’s guidance and step by step approach has been undeniably the reason I was able to complete my remortgage and I honestly cannot thank the team enough. The Mortgage Shop... what a company! They helped us to get our first house and have been so very helpful down the years. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Our family have used their services too, never had any issues and always bang on about how efficient and helpful they are. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, there seem to be no too small or too big job for them, it's great. Don't worry if you don't live in the area, they can sort your mortgage out remotely as they did with ours, we do however want to visit them sometime to say thank you in person.
